There should be a "square" box for the best answer that you click to check normally Joseph. You can still try logging off - clearing your browser cach - restart browser and log back in to Buds and try again.

are you logged into your account? when you log in you should see by each answer a tab that says best answer. the time means nothing to you. You cam select more than one best answer by opening the question in multiple tabs on your browser before selecting a best answer then select a different one on each open tab
