Hi William, no sir, NJ has some of the strictest anti-gun laws in the nation. There are no AR15 pistols that are NJ compliant.
If you want something like this, I would suggest visiting your local gun shop and looking at 'Others'.

2. Threaded barrel
3. Barrel shroud
4. Manufactured weight of 50oz or more
when the pistol is unloaded
5. Semi-automatic version of an automatic
firearm
