Hi Leonel and welcome. Yes Sir. Most manufacturers including Sig make 10rd magazine packages so their firearms can be sold in States with magazine capacity restrictions. The only difference is the magazine (10rd) compared to the standard model package 15rd magazines. The firearm will accept either capacity magazine. The P320 Compact has a 15-round magazine in its 9mm configuration. This magazine is not the only capacity the gun will accept—Sig also ships the gun with 10-round magazines if you live in a capacity-restricted state that does not allow standard-capacity magazines.
