I keep trying to reset my password but nothing is.

every time I have had to reset my password I have had to call ( I never get the email to reset it) contact customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button

I would try logging off of Buds site and clearing your browser cach then log back in and retry. If it does not work Buds Customer Service should be able to help you at Customer Service at (859) 368-0371 9am - 9pm M-F or use the "BlueChat Now" button at the bottom right to chat with a Buds Representative.
