Hi Michael, not sure what $25 surcharge you are talking about. A 15% down payment is required for all layaways. This applies to TB members also. This is not a surcharge, but part of the price of the gun.
Team Bud's members are allowed 2 no-fee layaways per year. You should not have any layaway fees or surcharges.
If you joined Team Bud's after the gun was on layaway, then it's too late, you will still incur the fees. You need to join TB before you put anything on layaway.

as a buds member you get free layaways no surcharge you just have to put your 20% minimum payment on the firearm when you put it on layaway
