If I pay the total price prior to the 90 days will the firearm ship once the final payment is received or does it ship at the 90th day regardless.

as soon as the final payment clears it goes to shipping and on its way to your FFL

Nicholas, as soon as the "Pay Off" payment clears, Buds will ship handguns via 2-day shipping and long guns ship via ground service.
