Hi John, since this uses the buffer tube as part of the system, you cannot just remove it and replace it with a folding stock. You need a folding stock adapter, which will keep your buffer tube and existing BTR pistol brace intact.

You cannot add a stock, folding or otherwise, that would turn the pistol into a short barrelled rifle. Then you would need to register it with the ATF and pay a $200 tax.
