It would basically boil down to personal preference as either will serve you well in your intended purpose. I would go to a local gun shop is possible and handle both to see which feels best to you.

Hi Howard, I own a couple of the Walther P22's Black and the Military one. I think these are the Best 22LR around actually. They feel great in your hand and shoot accurate. The price is right too! Do the price match.
