  • Hi Anthony, unfortunately, this gun is not on the California approved handgun roster. There are only two Gerson models on the roster and this is not one of them.

  • No, this model is Not on the CA DOJ approved gun Roster. You can double check with your local gun store when it arrives but I just looked and only 2 Girsan models are on the CA roster and this isn't one.
