Hi Rich, Bud's Customer Service cannot help you with this. Gift Cards aren’t automatically linked to a billing address or zip code. They’re prepaid cards, not tied to your personal information by default. When you shop online, retailers use Address Verification Systems (AVS) to prevent fraud.
Without registering a zip code to your gift card, there’s nothing for AVS to verify against. And your transaction gets declined.
You don’t really need to register a Visa Gift Card as they’re accepted as is for physical purchases. Online payments however require that the gift card be registered, as a billing address is needed for delivery and payment confirmation.

Once your gift card is registered, you will be able to use it online.
