Randy, reviews have been real good for this shotgun. It will perform "Double Duty" as a home defense and hunting shotgun. There are many unbiased owner reviews on you tube so I would look at a few before pulling the trigger.

It depends on what you want it to do. For home defense range toy it will be great not as good for upland hunting the dynamics of the pistol grip hurts the swing. For Deer /Turkey hunting it will be very good
