  • I read that Washington state may allow that bud mail pistol to my address in Washington state last year. So is that true u can't mail it to me?? Let me know

  • No, 💯% No. Anything categorized as a firearm Must be shipped to an FFL to be able to do your background check & complete the transfer.

  • Good morning to you. You must have a firearm sent to a FFL in your area. Federal law requires any firearm (with the exception of black powder firearms) be sent to a FFL for transfer. Have a good rest of your weekend.

  • Hi David and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. Federal Law has always precluded firearms, except most black powder/muzzle loaders firearms be shipped to a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you. Most black powder/muzzle loaders firearms can be shipped directly to your home. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

  • Hi David, it is against federal law for Bud's to mail a pistol to your house. It must be sent to a FFL of your choice and you would pick it up there after completing a background check.
