This has a non-adjustable pull weight set between 3 and 4 pounds.

Hi Mike and welcome to the forum. This model has a "Fixed Trigger" factory-set at 3-4 pounds with a 3.5 lb average. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Mike, the twist rate is 1:10, and yes this has the hinged floor plate. The Timney Impact 700 Trigger has a non-adjustable pull weight set between 3 and 4 pounds.
