Is it california compliant
Hi Rudy, yes sir, this is CA compliant. Permitted:
✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted. Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered “assault weapons” and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot.

Yes, fortunately, this model is Good to go & permitted in CA!!
Good evening to you!! The HK MP5 .22 LR FIXED STOCK 16.1IN BARREL 10RD BLACK is not considered an assault weapon since it's a rim fire caliber. Therefore is legal in California. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day.
