  • I would like to order this item. however it comes with a 15 round magazine. I live in the state of MD and we are restricted to purchasing 10 round magazines. Would it be possible to ship this item to MD without the Magazine? Or is there a 10 round magazine that I can receive with the item?

  • They won't likely prevent the magazine from shipping but I would try to ask to be sure via the Chat now function or to call them. Buds is great but there are some things they cannot do.

  • Buds will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packaging in order to make it compliant with your state laws. Buds will also
    not ship
    firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. The firearm you
    purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before they will ship.

  • You'd have to call buds directly to see if they would do that. You can definitely find 10rd Beretta 92fs mags, but those may require a bit of work to lock up properly.
