Springfield Armory M1A Loaded NY Compliant 7.62 NATO 22", 10+1
Wouldn't this rifle be CA legal as well? After all it has NO muzzle device which makes it even "happier" looking!

No Randy. Springfield M1As will be legal if “CA” or “AA” is indicated in the model number (these models will have a
muzzle brake instead of a flash hider).
