YES the Beretta 1301 Tactical Mod2 with a 7+1 capacity is currently considered California compliant. However, there has been a recent political bs development regarding its importation that's causing confusion due to ATF nitpicking on certain importation parts. You will notice some sales on certain sites will have 5+1, while others will have 7+1.
