Hi Ronnie, the only difference is the magazine capacity. Other than that, they are exactly the same. The 10 rd version will also accept 15rd magazines.

If you are in a free state that doesn't infringe on your rights you can buy full capacity magazines to go with the 10 round capacity firearm.
