Hi Dax, when the amount is above $50, customers may need to contact us by phone in order to get those activated. Bud's doesn't specifically state if the buyer or recipient needs to activate, but I would guess the purchaser would need to activate it, as it was purchased under that person's account. For a Buds Gun Shop gift card of $500, the recipient must call to activate it. The buyer is responsible for purchasing the digital card and sending the code, but the recipient must complete the activation process for large amounts.
