  • I want to see if I have full control of my account. Has anyone here had any problems accessing their accounts?

  • Not at all here. If you're having problems try clearing your cache, log out then log in again. If that does nothing try giving Buds Customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this matter.
