Glock G 30 shown in Buds handgun section shows grip with 3 finger slots as opposed to the stubby grip of the 30S with 2. Does this model actually exist or is the picture a mistake?

The image of the Glock 30 with three finger slots on Buds Gun Shop is accurate and depicts a standard Glock 30, not a Glock 30S. The confusion comes from the different Glock 30 variations and their unique grips.
The picture you saw on Buds likely shows a standard Gen3 or Gen4 Glock 30, which has the larger frame and three finger grooves. The G30S has a slightly different frame and a slimmer slide, but it does not have a "two-finger" grip unless a flush-fit 9-round magazine is used, which leaves less of the grip exposed.
Kevin, if you discover that the firearm is not as advertised or pictured, you should refuse the transfer at your FFL. In this case, Buds will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you and will provide a refund. This reflects BudsGunShop excellent return policy.
