If you have a firearm that was covered under this original policy, it remains in effect even if you are not the original owner.
Current limited lifetime warranty (post-2019)
firearms purchased after March 1, 2019, the new "Limited Lifetime Warranty" applies ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners and terminates automatically upon the firearm's transfer to another individual or entity.
To activate this warranty, the original purchaser must register the firearm within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, a one-year warranty is in effect.
Original purchasers of certain models previously covered by a one-year warranty, like the G2c and TX22, were automatically upgraded to this new limited lifetime warranty friendly fyi.
