Because the Daniel defense pdw comes with a brace instead of a stock..Does it have to be registered as a SBR

No, it does Not. Utilizing the Pistol brace keeps it categorized as a pistol.

Hi Kendry, it can be purchased the same as any other handgun, no tax stamp required, because of the pistol brace.
If it had a stock, then it would have to be registered as a SBR.
