Yes you can, all interstate transfers of firearms must go through FFL dealers and it is just a matter of finding and choosing one near you. Any business that sells firearms will have one, so you'd either need to contact them to arrange for them to receive the shipment and transfer it to you, or use a dealer that has agreed to accept transfers from Buds' already, both of which can be searched for here: budsgunshop.com/ffl.php
