  • That happened to mine one time. There was miscommunication and they had to call Buds to straighten it out. Now it may be they didn't send Buds their updated license. Either way, just have your FFL give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and talk with them. I'm sure it's something simple.

  • Usually means that a current copy of their FFL is not on file with Buds' so is either expired or more likely renewed and just not updated here yet. You could contact them and ask them to submit their updated FFL paperwork, it can be faxed to 1-800-804-5569, emailed to: FFL@Budsgunshop.com, or uploaded through the form here: budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=ffl
