I would choose the one that is most aesthetically pleasing your eye as overall performance/accuracy is a literal wash. If absolute build quality and accuracy is of most importance, then the Begara would be that choice. If cost to performance ratio is most desired, then the Savage is your choice. I have both and definitely prefer the Bergara. IMHO
