While permits aren't required for carry, the Kentucky Concealed Deadly Weapon (CCDW) license is still available for reciprocity in other states and has specific training/background requirements, but permitless carry doesn't extend out-of-state.

It is not listed as there is little or nothing to say. There are no restrictions on firearm types, features, or magazine capacity commonly restricted in other states. No prohibitions beyond what is prescribed under federal law. And permit-less constitutional carry was enacted in 2019, so to carry one must be 21 years old and not prohibited from possessing firearms.
