BudsGunShop.com - Does buds buy short barreled rifles

I have a SBR that I'd like to sell to buds but am not sure they'll accept it or if I need to turn it back to a pistol. I'm also curious if I'd get a better offer for turning it back to a pistol?

Hi Kyle, yes, but I would turn it back into a pistol.
To sell a short-barreled rifle (SBR) that was originally a pistol, you can convert it back to a Title I firearm by removing the stock and notifying the ATF to take it off the NFA registry. This allows you to sell it as a regular firearm without the NFA restrictions, making the process simpler for both you and the buyer. (Buds)

When selling an SBR that was originally a pistol, you have two main options:
Convert to Title I Firearm: You can remove the stock and any NFA components, then notify the ATF to change its status to a Title I firearm. This allows you to sell it without the NFA restrictions.
.
Sell as an SBR: If you choose to sell it as an SBR, the buyer must file a Form 4 application. This process can take several months.
