Hi Carlos and welcome. The process is pretty straight forward with Buds being the FFL that you would perform the paperwork with as the sending FFL. Buds has a very good guide of the entire NFA process here for you to preview; -budsgunshop.com/nfaguidelines.pdf --------------- Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
Good evening to you!! We are customer just like you so we don't actually do any paperwork
The sending FFL is who you send the paperwork to (Bud's). Please see below link for more information on NFA items. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day.

Puerto Rico Restrictions
In Puerto Rico, the legal framework for NFA firearms is governed by the Puerto Rico Weapons Act of 2020. This act allows for the ownership of certain NFA firearms, such as automatic weapons, short-barreled rifles, and suppressors, provided they comply with all federal laws and have the appropriate tax stamps from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The act also establishes a process for the issuance of concealed carry permits and outlines the conditions under which these permits can be honored. It is essential for individuals to be aware of these regulations and to ensure compliance with the law when dealing with NFA firearms in PuertoRico. https://investigador007.weebly.com/uploads/4/3/2/1/43213233/ley_de_armas_de_puerto_rico_ene_2024_ingl%C3%A9s_168-2019.pdf
