Hi Dayron, the picture is a Gen 1. That does not mean the listing is not for Gen 2.
DD does not differentiate between the two, so there is really know way of knowing without seeing the exact gun.
You can tell the picture is Gen 1 by the beavertail. Whether you receive Gen 1 or Gen 2 depends on what Bud's has in stock.

Your best bet as to which Gen you'll receive is to give Buds customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this matter.
