Click link where it states log in or create account. From there, easy peasey to set up. As far as E-Check info, that gets typed in at time of purchase when selecting payment method.

Hi Harry, click on the 'Log In' icon on top of screen. A box will pop up asking you to log in or create new account. Click on the red 'Create New Account' box. You cannot add your bank account number to your account, but you type it during checkout on your purchases.
