Most Radical Firearms AR-15 rifles (specifically the RF-15 models) are chambered in 5.56 NATO. Because they are chambered in 5.56 NATO, they are designed to safely and reliably fire both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington ammunition. I don't know which one you're looking at specifically , but if you can enlarge the picture , it should say on the receiver.
