Hi Gary, using loads above 1300fps is suggested for better cycling performance. As long as it is at least 1300 fps, high brass or low brass doesn't matter.
Avoid light recoil or reduced recoil loads.
Due to variation in ammo and firearms some guns may work with lighter loads and some may not.
