  • Has anyone logged into the new site? Under my account info, I have no gift cards. Also, the Q&A page says nothing about winning prizes. Wondering if our existing gift cards will expire at some point. I took a screen shot of my existing gift cards in case (or when) this old site disappears. Any thoughts?

  • Ed, please send a message to their customer support email. They are archiving old data and they can find the info but it will not stay active on the new website. Get them to pull the data and then record your gift card numbers for your records or use them. I had the same issue, the oldest of my gift cards disappeared.

  • Hi Ed and welcome. I had an issue with a layaway and spoke with a "James" who is an assistant manager. I asked about the new website and was told about some changes including the Q&A drawings moving towards "monthly" instead of weekly. Existing Gift cards should not expire. Cheers and stay safe!

  • Yeah. I've got plenty of thoughts about it, but so far none of them are good!! I already stated my issues right before you posted this inquiry. I really feel like Buds dropped the ball here and doesn't really care about the time & effort some of us put in here on the Q&A forum?!? I mean, almost 3 weeks, no drawings, no mention of why?!?
    I still can't find the "Ask Community/Q&A"?
    Okay. I found the Q&,A on the site map But. There are NO best answers chosen for questions that DO have a BA picked here on the old format Q&A. And you can still go answer in those questions that are closed with a BA here?!? WTH?!?
