Getting this error message for 2 days.
Error processing card payment. Please contact our Live Chat for assistance. Error row - 712862
Contacted their "live chat" and it is absolutely useless. No humans whatsoever. Please help me community, because they are not.

Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Hi Austin and welcome. Please try logging off Bud's, clearing your browser cache, log back in and retrying the card payment. You can also try logging into Bud's and trying in a different browser. Cheers and stay safe!

Best bet here is to give Buds customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help. I had an issue last week and they took care of it immediately.
