  • Hey, if you like to build/customize your firearms & know what you'redoing, then I say go for the build. Otherwise, I'd personally go for the factory RXM myself.

  • Hi Rudy and welcome. Buying it outright simply for the simplicity and ease of any potential future warranty application from Ruger. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

  • Hi Rudy, Buying vs. Building a Full Size RXM
When considering whether to buy a full size RXM outright or build one from a compact model, there are key factors to weigh.
    Buying a Full Size RXM
    .
Simplicity: Purchasing a full size RXM is straightforward. You receive a complete, factory-assembled firearm.
Reliability: Factory assembly ensures that all components are designed to work together seamlessly.
Time Efficiency: Buying outright saves time compared to the building process.
    .
    Building from a Compact RXM
    .
Customization: Building from a compact allows for more personalization in terms of grip size and features.
Complexity: The building process can be more complex and may require additional parts and tools.
Time Investment: It may take longer to assemble and test the firearm to ensure it meets your specifications.
    .
Stay safe & have a great day!
