Savage MSR Patrol 15 .223 REM/5.56 NATO
Savage MSR says it's side charging but I do not see that listed here.

Only thing I see missing is the forward assist button which you can pick up for about $20.00 http://savagearms.com/firearms/model/MSR15Patrol
