Yes, all model numbers will qualify for the rebate. I recently purchased a S&W Shield that is a QP only model and my rebate was accepted without issue. I would recommend filing online to save some time!

The Item you show is for Qualified Professionals only, but here the one that is not
Bud's Item Number: 95476 it does have the rebate the other does as well But you have to be a Qualified Professional they are both on the list budsgunshop.com/catalog/rebates.php />

I believe it should. The rebate say the shield is available for it and says nothing to exclude a model with the crimson trace laser.
