Just recently I made contact with someone from budsgunshop by email. I had an issue with a layaway plan and I sent a message to them. I asked them to to remove the down payment on one firearm and put it toward another firearm I have on layaway. It took about a day for response. We messaged each other twice. So to answer your question, I can say yes, but your situation may differ. I've also called them before. I had to wait for a bit but they helped me out very well.

Greg, I have heard both ways for emails being answered and not being answered. If you need business or answers from a Buds employee i would call directly or use chat rather than email.
