  • I've just completed a rifle order confirmed payment and finished but rifle is in my cart and there's nothing in my order history why is this

  • I haven't received an email confirmation I could make another attempt at the purchase i was just afraid of ordering two rifles

  • Are you sure you actually completed the order ? I understand you entered your payment info but did you actually complete/confirm the checkout process and receive a confirmation email for your order ? The initial confirmation email is automated and you should have received that pretty much immediately after completing the checkout process. If the item is still in your cart, and you have not received a confirmation email ?....then it would seem you did not confirm the final step in the checkout process. Without your actual order information I am unable to look it up. You would need to call, email, or Live Chat with a Buds staff member to actually look into your account history.
