I like the SBR described before! If NFA Rules cat lll dose not apply in Puerto Rico!
Why Buds don't send this SBR to my authorized NFA dealer ?
Only Automatic weapons in Puerto Rico are prohibited, Buds can ask ATF and will tell you the same.

I would speak with Buds directly on this for clarification. Many of Buds policies may be outdated and can possibly change to follow actual laws at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page at 9 CST in the morning, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
