Jonathan, I believe at this price point and looking at the details/design of the scope, it looks to be a carbon copy if not a re-branded Bushnell 3-9x40 Scope. Mossberg should be able to answer conclusively at Tel: (203) 230-5300 | 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern
