No the Beretta 92S is not on the California compliant list. You can find the list under the store directory on the left hand side of the page. Buds puts all guns except used guns that are California legal under there. Hope this helps.

No, this pistol cannot be shipped to California for sale; the 92S is not on the list of CA-approved handguns.
