  • I purchased bushmaster rifles on 11/15/2017 they had a $150 . so far getting the rebate has been impossible even after contacting the rebate folks by email. ( of course no phone number) they cant read the purchase dates I submitted a new purchase receipt from buds showing I was entitled to the rebate.a woman named Monique sent me an email saying the rebate ended in 11/18 and I purchased it on 11/22 which is the shipping date ! I still haven't got my rebates 3 rifles! no more bushmasters!

  • I would contact Buds again they should be able to provide a receipt with the date you Paid for the item (not shipped) customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri I would also contact bushmaster Phone: 1-800-883-6229 and inform them of your issues with the rebate (please be calm and professional) they may give you another number or contact person to speak with. Good luck This is why I hate Rebates

  • Kenny, I would calmly present the facts to Bushmaster rebates: 1). You submitted your rebate info on time and as instructed. 2). There was a claim that the purchase dates could not be read. 3). You contacted Buds for clearer info to send. 4). You were told by Monique the rebate ended on 11/18 which is after your on time original submission. 5). Mysteriously a rebate date could be read which is your shipping date and not your purchase date. I would calmly let them know it seems as if they are looking for any method to deny the rebate claim of a loyal Bushmaster customer. If they do not understand this chain of events, then Run and never look back!
