does this pistol have the upgraded trigger

The UPC is for the currently manufactured gun so the odds are very high that it has the updated trigger. The only way to know for 100% sure is by the S/N and buds does not give out S/N but if it does not have the "fix" be assured that Sig will take care of you

These are the latest manufacture pistols from Sig and should have the upgrade in place David. On the very remote chance you get a non upgraded model Sig will take care of it no charge to you : sigsauer.com/support/p320-voluntary-upgrade/
