what is the difference between this and theTaurus 1911B-1 PT1911? What is the difference between the 1911FS and the 1911B?

The above 1911 has "Fixed Sights" (FS) and the 1911B-1 has Adjustable Genuine Novak Sights and Picatinny Frame Rail.
