I placed an order yesterday (Friday) afternoon online and need to change it pronto before it is shipped. I have tried to contact Bud's first thing this morning (Saturday) but have been unable to reach anyone via the phone or via email. I am a Bud's Team Member.
Questions:
1. What is Bud's typical call on the 10% fee on changing an order this quickly?
2. Does anyone know why they are not reachable this morning? The chat option is also not showing up.

Buds will more than likely waive any fees for TB members John. Lately they have been slow at turning on the "Chat" feature on the weekend but you should see it soon. Sometimes someone is there on the weekend but not always at Team Buds member only Hotline: 1-888-327-9402.
