You must be on a laptop, MAC or PC. Portable device screens may not display this option. Usually there is a blank box to click to select best answer. Note - You can try another browser as well. If you go to your "pending" questions. There should be something that says "best" in a small box. Just click it once you see my answer for a test :)

I think it's kind of hidden on a mobile device easier to find on a computer. No worries, as long as you found the product you were looking for!
