I emailed Buds twice about an item I purchased and no one will respond to my emails. It's on my credit card but no one will answer my emails and I got no conformation email back from Buds to confirm my purchase but I have a credit card statement that proves I purchased an item. I don't think I will be buying from here again. What can I do?
