ok..I was venting about some missing stuff on my LaserMax products ( a return that slipped back into new stock it appears) Well I wrote LaserMaxcustomer service ( I was clearly out of buds return time and I got within 12 hours a personalized reply and I'm getting the missing parts sent at no charge, even when I waited a month to install the laser. Great Service and trust me, this kinda stuff is not soon forgotten. Now If I could only edit my scathing product review 5***** for LaserMax!
