ok..I was venting about some missing stuff on my LaserMax products ( a return that slipped back into new stock it appears) Well I wrote LaserMaxcustomer service ( I was clearly out of buds return time and I got within 12 hours a personalized reply and I'm getting the missing parts sent at no charge, even when I waited a month to install the laser. Great Service and trust me, this kinda stuff is not soon forgotten. Now If I could only edit my scathing product review 5***** for LaserMax!

Its great to hear about companies that take care of their Customers I keep a list of companies that "do the right thing" Lasermax will be added to my list with companies like Ruger, Rock island armory and Dillon that go above and beyond to take care of you
